Wimberley Brewing Co. was founded in 2008 by NFL veteran and two-time Super Bowl champion Bruce Collie. Bruce, his wife Holly, and their 13 kids — yes, 13! — run the family restaurant that combines handcrafted beer, homemade pizza, and a beautiful Hill Country location just outside of San Marcos. Wimberley Brewing Co. proudly offers nine unique, all-grain, unpasteurized craft beers. You’ll be hard pressed to find a better combination than Brewster’s pizza and Wimberly Brewing Co.’s handcrafted beer.
