We have never been drawn to just standard beers, and we have always been inclined to twist up recipes with natural produce, spices and herbs. We like to brew beer the way we like to enjoy it, through the seasons. This results in every beer, every batch, and every season having their own unique profiles.
Our goal, plain and simple, is to make exceptional beer, regardless of quantity. Whether that’s three barrel batches or 100 barrel batches, the main goal is to make interesting beer. We want 5 Stones to become a family orientated destination brewery for craft beer lovers and a ‘must-do’ on the Texas Beer Trail.
